The difference is depth. I won't just cram your work and life experience into the
resume format du jour; I will insist that we talk about your history, that you tell me some of the stories that capture your best achievements. I will also want to know about your dreams, goals not yet achieved, projects that you're working on, companies and industries that you would love to work in or for, and so forth. Then we'll take a look at your resume and give it a makeover.
